How we work

We watch the work before we touch any software.

Every automation project that fails, fails the same way: someone picked a tool first and then went looking for problems it could solve.

We start by watching how work actually moves through your business, which is almost never how the process document says it moves.

The engagement, start to finish

Four steps, in this order.

01

Observe

A week alongside your team, timing the tasks they do by hand and counting how often the same data gets typed twice.

02

Prioritize

We rank every candidate by hours saved against effort to build, and we tell you which ones are not worth automating.

03

Build

We connect the tools you already pay for, tested against real data before go-live. New software only enters the picture when there is genuinely no other way.

04

Hand over

A plain-language map of every automation, a walkthrough, and a named owner on your side — so nothing depends on us being in the room.

What we are not

We are not developers and we are not reselling software.

We don’t build custom applications. Most of what we build uses tools already sitting in your subscription list, unused. And if the workflow itself is broken, we say so before automating a bad process faster.

Start with one workflow

Pick your worst recurring task. We’ll tell you if it’s automatable.

Most businesses can name the task that drains their team the most — the report, the intake form, the follow-up emails. Send us that one and we’ll tell you honestly whether automation fixes it.
