How we work

We interview the book out of you, then we write it.

Nobody writes a good business book by sitting down to write a book. They write it by being asked the right questions, in the right order, by someone taking careful notes.

You talk. We structure, draft, and revise until the manuscript sounds like you on your best day.

The engagement, start to finish

From interview to finished manuscript.

01

Discovery

We read everything you have already said in public — talks, posts, client emails — and find the through-line you have been circling for years.

02

Architecture

The chapter-by-chapter structure gets settled and signed off before a word of the draft exists. This is the step that saves months.

03

Interviews

Eight to twelve recorded sessions, one per chapter area, where we ask the questions that surface the stories you forgot were interesting.

04

Draft and revision

We draft, you mark it up, we revise. Two full passes are standard, and a third if the voice is not right yet.

Whose book it is

Your name goes on it. Ours does not.

Ghostwriting means the book is yours entirely — the ideas, the stories, the authority it earns you. We do not take a byline, we do not take royalties, and we do not talk about whose book we wrote.

Your book is overdue

Let’s get it out of your head and onto the page.

One call is usually enough to tell whether your book idea has legs and whether we’re the right team to write it with you.
