How I work

Named for a plant that thrives on structure, not luck.

Ninebark shrubs hold their shape through hard winters because of how they’re built, not because conditions happen to be kind. That’s the whole premise here: durable systems, not motivational weather that comes and goes.

I spent nine years running operations for fast-growing teams before realizing the same structural thinking that fixes a chaotic department fixes a chaotic Tuesday.

The build, four to six sessions

Four steps to a working system.

01

Audit

We map exactly where your day leaks time: what you are re-deciding, re-finding or re-remembering that a system should hold instead.

02

Build

We design your capture system and weekly rhythm together, using tools you already have wherever possible.

03

Stress-test

We run the system through a genuinely busy week and fix the parts that broke before calling it done.

04

Tune up

A standing review checkpoint, then a 90-day session to fix whatever has quietly drifted. Falling off means a part did not fit, not that you failed.

What I don’t do

This isn’t life coaching.

I don’t work on mindset or goals in the abstract, and this is not therapy. I build concrete systems for capturing tasks, planning weeks and protecting focus — operational, not motivational — and I build them one person at a time, not for whole teams.

Enough winging it

Let’s build the system your week is missing.

One session is usually enough to spot where your current setup is leaking time — and what to fix first.
