How we work

We edit for the listener’s ears, not the waveform.

Silvermoss Studio was founded by two audio producers who spent years watching good podcasts die from inconsistent releases and rough editing, not bad ideas. We built the studio we wished more shows had access to from episode one.

We don’t just clean up audio. We think about pacing, retention, and what makes someone finish an episode instead of dropping off at minute six.

From raw recording to published episode

Four steps, every episode.

01

Set up

Before your first episode we send a short setup checklist, so a decent USB microphone gives us a raw file with plenty to work with.

02

Send the raw file

Upload your recording however it comes, messy audio and all, through a simple shared folder.

03

Edit & polish

Full audio cleanup, pacing edits, and show notes drafted, with a turnaround window set upfront.

04

Approve & publish

One revision round, then we schedule the release or hand it back ready to go, on your timeline.

What we don’t do

We don’t hold an episode back for polish nobody hears.

A show that releases reliably every week beats one that occasionally sounds flawless, so we won’t trade your release date for a finish only a waveform would notice. And our core work is audio — if your show also records video, tell us upfront and we’ll say honestly whether it fits.

Ready to sound better

Let’s get your next episode out the door.

Send us a recent recording and we’ll show you what a Silvermoss edit sounds like before you commit to anything.
