How we work

Founded by someone who shut a business down to save herself first.

The Quiet Room was started after its founder closed a seven-figure agency at thirty-four, not because it failed, but because she’d stopped being able to feel anything about it except dread. That’s the pattern this practice exists to catch earlier.

This work isn’t generic stress management. It’s specific to the weight of ownership — the decisions nobody else can make for you, the 2am math, the identity that’s quietly fused itself to the P&L.

How it works

Four stages, at a pace that respects you.

01

Land

A first session focused entirely on naming what’s actually happening, without rushing straight to solutions.

02

Rebuild

Weekly sessions to restructure how the business is carried — boundaries, delegation, and the identity work underneath both.

03

Hold

Spaced-out check-ins to keep the new weight from creeping back to the old one.

04

Close out

An honest conversation about when ongoing support is no longer needed, so the work has an end.

What this isn’t

This is coaching, not therapy.

The work is focused on the business relationship and decision load of running a company, not clinical mental health treatment. If something clinical surfaces, we’ll say so directly and point you toward the right kind of support. And we won’t hand you generic advice like just work less.

If you’re reading this at midnight

This is the sign to stop white-knuckling it.

One conversation, no pressure to commit to anything after. Just an honest look at where the weight is actually coming from.
