Small business advisory

One advisor. Every corner of the business. No handoffs.

Vantage Row works with owner-operators who need help across hiring, cash flow, pricing, and pace, not just one specialty. We sit down once a month, look at the whole business, and tell you plainly what needs your attention next.

Most owners we meet have a bookkeeper, maybe a lawyer on call, and nobody looking at the whole picture. We’re the one who is.

The Vantage Row approach

Most businesses don’t fail from one bad decision. They fail from twenty small ones nobody was watching together.

About Vantage Row

Founded by someone who watched good owners drown in fragmented advice.

Vantage Row was founded by a former small-business bank manager who spent a decade watching good owners get advice from six directions and act on none of it. We exist to be the one call that connects the dots, and to size every recommendation to what an owner with no extra staff can execute.

What we cover

Advisory that spans the whole business.

We don’t hand you off between specialists. One advisor, three ways we show up.

01

Monthly Business Review

A recurring 90-minute sit-down covering cash flow, staffing, pricing, and whatever’s actually keeping you up at night.

02

Decision Support

Facing a lease, a hire, or a price change? We work through the numbers with you before you sign anything.

03

Annual Roadmap

A plain-English plan for the next 12 months, built around your actual staffing and cash position, not a template.

I used to call four different people for four different problems. Now I call one, and she already knows the backstory.
