How we work

Built for the decisions before the filing, not the filing itself.

Filing your taxes correctly is not the same as planning them well. We don’t prepare returns. We work upstream, on the structural and timing decisions that determine what ends up on the return.

Every client relationship runs on a strategy calendar, not a filing deadline, because the decisions that matter are made months before any paperwork is due.

An engagement, start to finish

Four steps, timed to when decisions still matter.

01

Assess

We review your entity structure, ownership and prior filings to find where strategy has been left on the table.

02

Plan

A year-ahead strategy plan with specific decisions and the dates each one needs to be made by, with the reasoning in writing.

03

Hand off

Your accountant gets a clear written plan they can implement at filing time, so the two relationships work together, not against each other.

04

Check in

Quarterly sessions that track what has changed in the business and adjust the plan before it is too late to act.

What we don’t do

We don’t prepare or file your return.

We work alongside your existing accountant or bookkeeper, not in place of them — we’re not trying to replace your filing relationship. Nothing on this site is tax advice for your business; that starts once we have reviewed it.

Before the year closes

Let’s find what’s still on the table.

Once a tax year ends, most of your options end with it. The earlier we start, the more of those decisions are still open.
