How I work

Strategy first. Content is just the delivery.

Most social media problems get diagnosed as content problems — better photos, sharper hooks, more frequent posting. That is almost never what is actually wrong.

The fix sits upstream: knowing who you are talking to, what you need them to do, and which platforms can realistically do it.

The engagement, start to finish

Four steps, in this order.

01

Audit

I go through your last ninety days of posting and tell you what is working, what is not, and which of it you should stop doing entirely.

02

Positioning

We settle who the account is for and what it is meant to accomplish, before anyone opens a content calendar.

03

Channel plan

Not every platform deserves your time. We pick the two or three that fit your business and drop the rest without guilt.

04

Handover

You get a documented strategy your own team can run, plus a session to train whoever is executing it.

What I don’t do

I don’t run your accounts.

I am a strategist, not an agency. I build the plan, train the people executing it, and leave. If what you want is someone to post on your behalf, I will happily point you at three people who do that well.

Ready for a real plan

Let’s find out what your account is missing.

One call is usually enough to tell you whether the problem is your strategy, your platform choice, or something else entirely.
