A brand isn’t a logo. It’s the one sentence your best customer would use to describe you to a friend.
About the studio
A strategist and a designer who kept meeting the same founder.
Lucerne Grove was started by a positioning strategist and an identity designer who kept meeting founders with beautiful logos and no clear answer to what makes them different. So we fixed the order: positioning first, then the name, then the design.
Strategy, naming, and identity design have to be built in sequence, not handed to three vendors who never talk to each other.
01
Positioning Strategy
We define who you serve, what you stand for, and the one thing that makes you different from the next option they’re considering.
02
Naming & Verbal Identity
Names, taglines, and a voice guide built from the positioning, not from a thesaurus and a vote.
03
Visual Identity Design
Logo, color, and system design that expresses the strategy, so the brand looks like what it actually is.
★★★★★
We’d been through two logo redesigns before Lucerne Grove asked us what we actually stood for. Everything after that was easy.

Let’s define what your brand actually stands for.
A single discovery call tells us whether you need a full rebrand or just sharper positioning. Either way, you leave with clarity you didn’t have before.
