How I coach

A pivot isn’t a leap of faith. It’s a plan.

Before coaching, I spent eleven years in corporate finance, then walked away to run learning and development for a healthcare nonprofit. Nobody in either industry immediately understood why the other made sense. I had to build that case myself, twice.

Now I help people do the same thing on purpose, with a plan, instead of quitting on a Tuesday and figuring it out from the couch.

The process, roughly six months

Four moves, done in order.

01

Map

Two weeks identifying which industries actually fit your skills, finances and risk tolerance — not just your daydreams.

02

Translate

We rebuild your story, resume and LinkedIn around the new industry’s language, so your last ten years read as proof.

03

Connect

We start real conversations inside the target industry, fitted around evenings and weekends while you are still working.

04

Land

Interview strategy, offer negotiation, and a 90-day plan so the new role sticks instead of feeling like a mistake by March.

What I don’t do

I don’t polish resumes for the same job.

If you want a better role in the industry you are already in, I am the wrong coach — I work on pivots from one industry to another. And this is career coaching, not therapy: we plan the move, and I will tell you plainly if a full pivot is not the right call yet.

No more someday

Pick the industry. Let’s build the bridge to it.

One call tells you whether your pivot is realistic in the timeframe you’re picturing — and if it’s not, what timeframe actually is.

First call · a gut check, not a pitch
