About Miriam

Nine years running operations before I ran my own business.

Before I worked for myself, I was the person founders called at 11pm because a client contract needed to move and nobody else knew where the file was. I’ve sat inside three different startups as the de facto operations lead.

I know exactly how much a founder’s day quietly leaks away in small, unglamorous tasks — which is why I don’t start moving things around on day one. I learn your operation first.

How we start

Four steps before I touch your inbox.

01

Fit call

A 20-minute conversation about how you currently spend your week and where it’s costing you the most.

02

Confidentiality

A signed NDA before onboarding starts and before I ever see an inbox. Discretion is non-negotiable on my end.

03

Operations audit

A few days shadowing your inbox, calendar, and current tools to map what’s actually happening versus what should be.

04

Handoff & cadence

We set the daily and weekly rhythm — what I own outright, what I flag to you, and how we check in.

What I don’t do

I’m not a rotating help desk.

You get one person, not a rotating assignment or a pool of assistants you have to retrain every month. I learn your business specifically instead of working from a generic ticket queue, which is why I only take on a handful of clients at a time.

Ready to hand this off

Let’s see if I’m the right fit for your operation.

A 20-minute call tells us both whether this works — how you run your week, where it’s breaking down, and what I’d take off your plate first.
