How I work

One writer, no account managers, no handoffs.

I spent six years writing email for other people’s agencies before going out on my own in 2019. I got tired of watching good copy get diluted by a review chain that had nothing to do with whether it actually sold.

Every project I take, I write myself, start to finish. If you hire Wrenfield Copy, you get me — not a junior writer following my brand voice guide.

Conversation to finished copy

Four steps, no creative brief required.

01

Talk

A 45-minute call or voice notes back and forth — however you actually think out loud.

02

Draft

A full first draft within a week, written in your voice and built around the one thing your reader needs to hear first.

03

Revise

One round of revisions built into every project. Most need it for tone, not structure.

04

Read aloud

Every draft gets read out loud before it ships, to catch what looks fine on the page but sounds wrong said.

What I don’t do

I don’t subcontract, and I don’t do SEO or ads.

I don’t hand work to junior writers and put my name on it. I write sales pages, email and website copy — if you need SEO strategy or paid ads, I’ll point you toward people who specialize in that. And I’m not a business strategist, so the offer itself should exist before we start.

Have copy that needs writing?

Let’s get it off your desk.

Tell me what the page, email, or site needs to do. I’ll tell you honestly how long it’ll take and what it costs.
