Some clients need an emergency fix this week. Others need ongoing coverage so a bad handoff never happens again. Every engagement starts with an audit of what’s actually running.
Three ways in, and the handover that closes every one.
System Takeover
Full audit and transfer of an existing website or tech system — hosting, domains, plugins, integrations, and credentials — into a documented state your team controls, typically in 1–2 weeks.
Emergency Stabilization
For sites that are down, hacked, or abandoned mid-project. We triage within 24–48 hours to get core functions back online, then move into a full audit once the fire is out.
Ongoing Maintenance
Monthly monitoring, updates, and backups so small issues get caught before they become another emergency, plus a standing contact who actually knows your system.
Handover & Documentation
Standard on every job: full credential handover, plain-language documentation, a security check, and 30 days of post-handover support.
Questions
What people ask before calling us.
Do you build new websites?
No. We fix, stabilize, and document existing systems. If your site genuinely needs a full rebuild, we’ll tell you honestly and point you elsewhere.
Our old developer is unreachable. Can you still help?
Yes — this is most of what we do. We can usually recover access without them through your host, registrar, or platform provider.
What if the system is genuinely too far gone?
We’ll tell you plainly if stabilizing isn’t worth it versus a rebuild — we don’t take on jobs we can’t actually fix.
Do you work with agencies too?
Yes, we’re often brought in by agencies inheriting a client’s site mid-relationship, as well as directly by business owners.
Ready to find out what’s actually running?
Tell us what’s broken, missing, or unexplained. We’ll tell you honestly what it takes to fix it.
